ok, so i figured as this whole uni thing is gonna be so new i need to milestone it in some way, i've set up this, it's gonna have all of my mussing from now till the end of the year on everything Uni and probably everything else in my life too.

So i, along with several million other people went to pick up my A level results on August 16th. There were tears and all that jazz when I opened my results to find just how badly I;d done, i'd not made the conditions of either of my Uni choices, UEA requiring BBC and Nottingham requiring BCC, I had got DDE, just a little bit different, and waaqaay bellow my predicted grades. But i deserved the grades, i'd coasted most of the year, and only put in effort at the last minute.

It was with no small amount of shock therefore when i logged onto good old UCAS to find not one, but two offers, UEA, my first choice had offered me science with a foundation year instead of my original choice of Biology, and Nottingham my insurance choice had offered me the Environmental Biology course i had applied for with my awful grades.

so lots more tears and several glasses of ammaretto later (hardly hardcore i know) i phoned ucas and asked them to accept the changed offer from UEA, and was full of excitement, i was gong to uni after all.
